A Loan Upload Administrator II processes and administers moderately complex new loan uploads, loan. Renewals, extensions, modifications and assumptions for the commercial loan portfolio in accordance with Bank's policies.


Performs new loan uploads to core system via Loan Management System (LMS). Obtains new loan files (CRE) from Loan Origination Dept. for loans as they originate. Obtains new loan documents from Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Lending Groups for loans as they originate. Reviews documents and contacts attorneys on missing documents, if applicable. Verifies completeness of loan file for upload process. Reviews and maintains critical loan fields pertaining to new loan upload. Contacts C&I Lending for missing information and information clarification if necessary. Performs general loan account maintenance. Performs consumer loan boarding. Assists Customer Service section as needed. Processes more complicated loan renewals, extensions and modifications for Dessert Hills and the Loan Recovery Unit division. Prepares documents for scanning and ensures availability in OnBase. Well versed in all loan upload functions. Performs daily tasks with minimal supervision. Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.


High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree preferred in finance or equivalent. Minimum of three to five years' commercial loan servicing related experience.


Excellent knowledge of loan documentation. Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent mathematical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
