Performs various processing and clerical support functions related to Debit/ATM operations.
Process Debit/ATM applications received by mail or expedited via maintenance form. Process all Debit/ATM business card applications received by mail or expedited via maintenance form. Responds to customer/ branch inquiries on telephone hot-line and via the Card Services email group. Research all Debit/ATM card or card core system issues until resolved. Process all Travel Notes. Confirm receipt of all claims called in from the branch network and Customer Care Center. Process Visa Card claims in accordance with Regulation E and Visa operation rules.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent. Up to one year experience in banking/credit card operations, or call center.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Basic knowledge of Debit/ATM card. PC proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communications skills.
