The Premier Banking Client Representative processes financial transactions for Premier Banking clients and assists with day-to-day operations. Ensures quality, accurate and efficient services are provided to existing and prospective clients. Understands and complies with the department and Bank's policies and procedures.



Works closely with the Officers of Premier Banking Group to establish new accounts, to process financial transactions and service the Premier Banking clients in accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the bank.

Responds and handles customer inquiries (via mail, email, fax and telephone), and resolves service issues in a timely fashion.

Assists the Premier Banking Compliance & Loan Officer with gathering information to fulfill the requirements needed to maintain and complete BSA requests and compliance.

Assists in the achievement of sales goals by developing, setting and achieving personal sales activities and referring business to other units of the Bank.

Solicits and grows customer relationships by promoting new products and services.

Provides administrative support including composing customer correspondence whenever needed.

Understands and complies with all department's policies and procedures including Premier Banking additional policies and procedures.

Maintains high level of customer service in support of Premier Banking client relationships

Complies with dual control requirements on daily operations of Premier Banking Group.

Ensures complete privacy and confidentiality of Premier Banking client information.

Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.



High school diploma or equivalent.

College degree preferred.

Two to five years related work experience



Knowledge of MISER, branch operations and regulatory requirements

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Self-motivated and self directed

Fluent knowledge of the Greek language preferred

Ability to work well under pressure
