Responsible for processing, editing and validating all Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) for the customers of the bank who have made cash transaction in excess of $10,000.00. Files reports correcting errors and maintains records of all CTRs and their related transactions.



Responsible for the accurate completion and timely submission of bankwide currency transaction reports utilizing automated reporting system. Review daily cash transaction reports to ensure that all reportable CTR's have been filed. Work with branches to ensure proper information and supporting documentation is obtained. Answer questions from branches related to CTR activity. Resolve IRS (CTR) Error Reports and amends information as necessary. Responsible for the review of monthend monetary instrument sales logs submitted from the branch network. Review monthly branch cash shipment reports. Act as liaison with branches, answering CTR, monetary instrument and cash shipment log questions. Assist with antimoney laundering monitoring as needed including review of daily Prime Cash alerts on large cash transactions.



High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of banking experience.



Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work with other business units in a professional manner.
