Administer various loan servicing functions and work with loan officer and attorney to assist in closing transaction while providing customer service to incoming borrower inquiry.



File maintenance loan record on Miser system to ensure data accuracy according to loan documentation. Examine and authenticate new payoff request, and prepare loan document for upcoming closing. Calculate, project and generate payoff figure for various loan closing such as assignment or refinance. Process payoff fund and forward loan document to attorney to prepare satisfaction / releases after loan has been paid off. Answer customer inquiries and work with loan officer and bank attorney to resolve closing related issue. Project loan balance and calculate new P&I amount based on modification document, as well as upload new rate & payment changes to Miser system. Review loan document and land record to issue release letter for Condo / Co-Op unit sale.



High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of relevant experience.



Good mathematical, communication and customer service skills. Good PC skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
