Responsible for conducting various risk identification, monitoring and reporting functions as part of ERM's oversight program. Analyzes and evaluates risk information gathered through the processes outlined in the ERM Policy & Program and applicable procedures to identify potential risk gaps and control issues.



Maintains and facilitates the quarterly process for the update of ERM Surveys. Performs quality control and assurance reviews of Business Process Owner's (BPO) ERM Surveys to ensure adherence to the ERM Survey guidance outlined in the ERM Policy and Program. Assesses ERM Surveys from BPOs and determines if follow-up is required based upon ERM challenges and quality assurance reviews such as when risk gaps or control issues have been identified or when ERM risk ratings differ from BPO ratings. Assists in the process of creating reporting packages to the ERMC, RAC, and Board as applicable. This includes preparing quarterly report to the Board, monthly ERMC Report, and other reports as applicable. Supports ERM's Risk Aggregation process and reporting. Supports ERM Management in responding to Internal Audit and Regulatory requests. Supports ERM's self-identification of risk and proactivity programs. Supports ERM's review of policies for risk impact. Supports ERM's annual alignment methodology of aligning ERM Surveys to the Strategic Plan and Risk Appetite Statement. Supports ERM Management in updating procedures to reflect changes in the ERM Program. Communicates and coordinates effectively with ERM Governance personnel and other ERM Departments. Maintains good relationships with BPOs for effective risk oversight. Responsible for daily monitoring of ERM dashboard for exceptions and the execution of the formal escalation process to the CRO and ERM management. Prepares and maintains support documentation of identified exceptions and responses. Responsible for ensuring BPO's upload data for the KRI's onto the dashboard and validates supporting documentation is included. Responsible for executing ERM's annual validation process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data reported in the ERM Dashboard. Creates and produces reports in GRC to share results with BPOs, ERM Risk Managers, and to perform analysis of risk and controls. Performs quality control review of data entered into GRC software to ensure appropriate changes to the ERM surveys are reflected. Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance. Three to five years of experience in Audit, Compliance or Risk Management.



Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and risk management principles. Knowledge of financial services industry. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Excellent project management skills.
