Provide a wide variety of administrative support services to the Internal Audit Department and serve as an administrative liaison with others inside and outside the Bank. Establish confidential records and ensure data integrity and quality control of maintained files.



Provide administrative support for the department including answering phones, sending out routine correspondence, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining supply inventory. Coordinate and track scheduled meetings and training sessions. Assist in the implementation of Team Schedule and Team Central suites of the TeamMate EWP application. Responsible for performing the following functions in the TeamMate EWP application: set-up and open new project codes in EWP and TeamTec; schedule users in EWP; add and delete users in EWP; set-up and input risk assessments in Team Risk; research and resolve outstanding issues. Prepare status research and reconcile work hours for both Audit staff and outside service providers. Review, edit, format and distribute documents for the Audit staff. Assist in preparation of the quarterly Audit Committee Report.



High School Diploma or equivalent. Two to five years administration experience, preferably in the financial/banking industry.{{KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES{Excellent working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of TeamMate program. Excellent administrative, organizational, customer service and writing skills.
