Provide technical analytical support and consultation for back offices and branches. Provides project coordination for internal initiatives and deployments of hardware or software that are basic in scope and complexity. Acts as a project lead for mid-size efforts of minimal to moderate complexity.



Perform troubleshooting activities to correct hardware or software issues that are highly complex and varied in nature. Install, configure, repair or replace software/ hardware as needed. Assist in the setting up of various types of connectivity to network resources.Assist in the support of any and all company networks that exist as well as any future setups. Configure and troubleshoot user accounts. Provides technical support and guidance to level I & II technicians, work with Desktop Engineering to resolve complex issues. Responsible for documenting solutions to basic or multi-dimensional problems and developing end-user or technical guidelines. Participates in the testing and evaluation of new desktop packages and hardware new to our environment, and implements prototypes. Consults with and makes recommendations to IT management on selection of hardware and software products. Has a proficient understanding of principles in multiple functions of desktop systems, including; operating systems, system security, application integration, desktop applications and interactions, custom developed software, and moderately complex computing communications infrastructures. Deliver accurate, responsive and courteous customer service to every customer (internal & external) every time.Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Where applicable and when performing the responsibilities of the job, employees are accountable to maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and adhere to internal control policies and procedures.



Associates Degree or equivalent work and technical training.{Minimum five or more years as field technician or field services role supporting Microsoft products such as MS Windows, Internet Explorer, MS Office and financial applications. Experience within a Corporate IT department a plus.



Expert knowledge of Windows operating system is a must. Expert knowledge of MS Windows, Internet Explorer and MS Office applications. Highly proficient with applications such as Adobe Reader, SCEP, SCCM client, VPN client, and web-based applications (including those that that utilize Java), Bit 9, Safend, Google Chrome, and IT development tools. Expert in installing/configuring/repairing various types of hardware including (but not limited to) PCs, monitors laptops, printers, copiers, tablets, scanners, UPS, pen pads. Expert in using utilities/tools such as SCCM, Active Directory, Remote Desktop and Web JetAdmin. Good organization skills to manage multiple requests under deadlines with close attention to detail, experience completing tickets and work orders within assigned SLAs from a service delivery ticketing system. Analytical approach to problem solving; highly experienced with reviewing log files, event viewer, troubleshooting group policy issues, ini files, ODBC connections, Office Plugins, website certificate issues, verifying permissions in AD, using Procmon and Wireshark. Able to take initiative to run out complex issues, including collaborating with internal IT teams to resolve issues that require their partnership. Ability to work independently and also in a team environment. Support end users in branches and corporate back office locations. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Detail oriented. Valid driver's license for driving a company van or personal vehicle. Cell phone required. Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from supported bank locations. Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift and carry in excess of 50 lbs. is also required.
